Absolutely Not! Any vehicle noticed to be using visitor bays too frequently will be clamped to identify the driver.
If the driver is a resident or a "permanent visitor" the cost of the clamping and a penalty will be charged to the unit owner's account.
Visitor bays are for genuine ad-hoc short duration visitors.
The keys to the yard gates are held by the Body Corporate and the Site Manager.
Please make an appointment via the Managing Agent to have the required gate(s) opened during normal business hours. Ensure you have informed other residents that are affected to avoid uncomfortable situations. Appointments must be arranged no less than 48 hours before the time.
No last minute requests will be entertained.
Time Square uses a communal fiber satellite dish that is shared among all residents.
Each unit will need to have a DSTV fiber connection installed where after any DSTV decoder will work as normal by plugging it into the installed point. More information is available here.
NB! No installation of satellite dishes or other antennae or equipment is allowed on any external part of the buildings.

Only Multichoice DSTV is available at Time Square via the central system.
SABC is an analogue signal that is not suited for fiber systems. You will need to use internal bunny-ear aerials for this.
Unfortunately there has been no demand and hence no Dish has been installed for TopTV.
NB! You are NOT permitted to install your own dish or aerial and will be liable for all cost of reversing an illegal installation and any damage to the exterior of the building.
You must be registered as an occupant on the intercom. Submit your mobile phone number with a completed "Occupancy Change" form to the Body Corporate.
Once the number has been programmed into the intercom your visitors can dial your resident code and you can open the gate by pressing "9" during the conversation.

Only the Security Manager can issue remotes for the gate as these need to be specially programmed to work.
An official application must be made for all remotes and must be accompanied by a completed "Occupancy Change" form, signed by the flat owner.
