Security by Complex Patrols

Time Square has appointed Complex Patrols as its Security Management Company who are in charge of managing all security processes and ensuring the security of the complex at all times.

All remotes, pin codes and access to the complex must be granted by Complex Patrols after the relevant process has been completed.

Access Control

All facilities in Time Square are secured by access control systems, including the main entry and pedestrian gates.

All access details are granted to specific individuals that are required to complete a security registration process. Access credential are issued to the specific individual only and may not be shared with ANYONE.

Any abuse of access granted, or violation of the rules may result in access being restricted or revoked without notice. 

Extensive logs of all access are retained as well as CCTV footage should any incidents require investigation.

Change in Occupancy!

NB! Any unreported change in occupancy of a unit will result in automatic termination of the access without notification. Access is granted to registered residents and is not transferable to others without the registration process being followed.

Please submit a completed forms and supporting documents to security@timesquarebodycorporate.co.za before moving into the complex to avoid frustrations.
