Below is a list of questions that are frequently asked by new residents. Reading these before moving into the complex will very likely prevent much confusion, delays and frustration.
The principle of "If in doubt, Ask." should be applied to all matters regarding the building and common property.

Yes. But only after an application has been approved in writing.
Go to the downloads section and download the relevant application form to get the process started.
Can I use Visitor Parking bays for a second/third vehicle?
Can I use Visitor Parking bays for a second/third vehicle?
Absolutely Not! Any vehicle noticed to be using visitor bays too frequently will be clamped to identify the driver.
If the driver is a resident or a "permanent visitor" the cost of the clamping and a penalty will be charged to the unit owner's account.
Visitor bays are for genuine ad-hoc short duration visitors.
How do I open the private yard gates to move furniture in/out?
How do I open the private yard gates to move furniture in/out?
The keys to the yard gates are held by the Body Corporate and the Site Manager.
Please make an appointment via the Managing Agent to have the required gate(s) opened during normal business hours. Ensure you have informed other residents that are affected to avoid uncomfortable situations. Appointments must be arranged no less than 48 hours before the time.
No last minute requests will be entertained.

How do I set-up my DSTV decoder?
NB: The communal DSTV system will no longer be maintained. While it is still functional and can be used, if it failes it will not be replaced and no funds will be spent on it. It is highly recommended that all residents use Internet streaming for DSTV viewing.
No installation of satellite dishes or other antennae or equipment is allowed on any external part of the buildings.
Time Square uses a communal fiber satellite dish that is shared among all residents.
Each unit will need to have a DSTV fiber connection installed where after any DSTV decoder will work as normal by plugging it into the installed point. More information is available here.
Does SABC or TopTV work at Time Square?
Does SABC or TopTV work at Time Square?
No.
Only Multichoice DSTV is available at Time Square via the central system.
SABC is an analogue signal that is not suited for fiber systems. You will need to use internal bunny-ear aerials for this.
Unfortunately there has been no demand and hence no Dish has been installed for TopTV.
NB! You are NOT permitted to install your own dish or aerial and will be liable for all cost of reversing an illegal installation and any damage to the exterior of the building.
