Below are the basic and most important points regarding parking at Time Square. The official rules cover many more aspects in much more detail.
There are only 8 visitor bays for all 57 units. These bays are strictly for VISITORS ONLY. No resident may use these for any reason without permission. Clamping and Fines are applicable here.
There are plenty of additional parking spaces situated all around the park. These are public parking bays but are very convenient as overflow Visitor Parking with direct access to the Complex via the separate pedestrian gate.
All parking bays are common property owned by the Body Corporate, but each unit has been assigned specific bay numbers for their exclusive use. Some have two others only one bay. These are the only bays the residents of a unit may park on, unless other private arrangements have been made with another resident.
Parking bays are also only for functioning vehicles and no wrecks or non-functioning vehicles may be stored on them. Vehicles must be able to move at a moment's notice.
Complex Patrols is able to clamp any vehicle illegally parked on any bay. Upon identifying the offending unit, the vehicle will be released. An invoice for the clamping and a fine will be issued to the owner of the offending unit.
Contact Complex Patrols if a vehicle is using your assigned bay without permission.
Fines are clearly documented in the rules, so please read these carefully.
