CCTV System

Time Square's CCTV system consists of 14 cameras permanently watching the main gates, the entire parking area, washing lines, refuse area and the laundry.

All cameras are connected to a 24/7 recording system and the Managing Agent is able to use this footage to identify any issues or wrong doers when incidents occur.

The system is also connected to the fiber and backup WiFi link servicing Time Square and is accessible for real-time live monitoring when the need arises.

Video footage is retained for about 5 weeks before it is automatically and permanently erased. Should you need access to footage please make such a request with a specific time frame that is as short as possible and ensure your request is made before the footage is automatically erased.
