Cleaning & Gardening

Time Square has appointed a Cleaning & Gardening contractor to provide a full time (5 days per week) on site services. This cleaner is responsible to clean all common property and maintain all common area gardens.

This does not mean residents may litter or dispose refuse in a manner that creates additional cleaning effort.

This service includes the cutting of grass in the Exclusive Use gardens but is strictly limited to ONLY cutting the grass. Residents with exclusive use gardens are required to maintain their yards in an acceptable state. These yards are subject to random inspection upon which notices may be issued if found unsatisfactory.
